The Service Level Agreement, drawn up as part of your hosting

package, includes assurances of:

  A minimum of 98% availability between the normal working hours

  of 7am to 6pm, Monday thru Friday

  Availability of on-site technicians between the hours of 

  7am and 6pm, Monday thru Friday, on non-holiday workdays.

  All systems are additionally monitored 24/7 and dispatched

  by pager.

  One hour turnaround for all documented problems properly

  registered with Magical Computing Solutions' Help Desk.

  A 30 day tape back-up rotation with offsite storage and 48 hour

  disaster recovery turnaround on operational systems. 

  Communications are bound by responsiveness of the carrier.

  A secure environment with keycard access entry logging. 

  Monthly utilization reports detailing userID, application usage,

  system usage and percent availability.
