Magical Computing Solutions is proud to add the role of authorized
Great Plains Dynamics Partner to its list of credentials as a
leading information technology integrator.
Great Plains Dynamics is an integrated business management

Magical Computing Solutions will sell and implement Great Plains
Dynamics 6.0, a new version released in August. Along with a new
intuitive interface, significant customer-driven enhancements in
Release 6.0 make inventory control, reporting, financial and HR
management easier and more effective for customers.

Valley Foods will be Magical's first client to implement Great
Plains Dynamics. Valley Foods' primary business is the
preparation, packaging and distribution of meals for seniors and
children throughout northeastern Ohio. In addition Valley Foods
serves the National Guard in three states. The home office for
Valley Foods is located just off South Avenue in downtown
Youngstown. Valley also has two other facilities, one in
Pennsylvania and one in Virginia.
“The beauty of Great Plains Dynamics is that it is customizable to
meet the specific needs of the client,” explains Anthony Roncone,
Magical Computing Solutions CEO. Our programming staff is
currently customizing the application to work the way Valley
Foods needs it to work. When we’re done, it will completely
automate the financial, inventory, purchasing and payroll systems
of Valley Foods and allow for online information sharing among
the sites.” Roncone continues, “The real value of data lies in a
companies ability to share it. Valley will be running the software
off a centralized application server. Remote sites will be accessing
the program via the Internet and all sites will be feeding data to
the same, centralized program. This data will be available 24/7
to upper management for on the spot decision making and a
clear view of the bottom line.”
Roncone explained that Great Plains Dynamics 6.0 will be
especially useful to Valley Foods and other small to mid-size
businesses wishing to streamline all processes between Sales
Order Processing and Purchase Order Processing. Great Plains
Dynamics users can automate entire sales cycles, including
goods shipped directly from the vendor.
Extensive inventory control enhancements will also help
businesses such as Valley Foods manage pricing and track
inventory more effectively. Release 6.0 includes an ABC
classification system to prioritize inventory items based on
quantity, usage or cost.
