while you are at the computer.
Write down your questions or concerns before you call so you'll
be sure to cover them all.
If you are receiving specific error messages from the computer,
write the information down including any numbers that appear
on screen.
Advise the Help Desk if anything in the computer was changed,
revised, downgraded or upgraded.
