The Help Desk at Magical Computing Solutions has been 

established to give you a direct line for problems with IT.

 

Between 7am and 9pm, a technician will answer your phone call,

live and direct. There are no automated, voice-simulated 

directories to deal with. Your first contact will be someone who

can help.

 

During your call, the technician at the Help Desk will ask you 

some troubleshooting questions. You can also expect to be asked

to enter simple commands, manipulate the mouse or even 

recreate the problem. 

 

The Help Desk will either work with you to resolve the issue over

the phone or schedule additional tech resources as required.
